- 150g ground meat
Tofu
- 1 block (200g) firm tofu
Vegetables
- 🍆 1 medium eggplant (80g)
- 🧅 1/4 onion (50g), minced
Canned Goods
- 🍅 200g canned diced tomatoes
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Cheese / Dairy
- 🧀 40g shredded pizza cheese
Additional Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Garnish
- Chopped parsley, for garnish
步骤
Mince the onion. Slice the eggplant into 5mm slices, soak in water for 5 minutes, and pat dry. Dab excess oil off the tofu with paper towels.
Pan-fry the tofu on medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Let cool and slice into 7mm pieces.
Heat olive oil in the same pan over medium heat. Add ground meat and garlic paste, cooking until the meat changes color. Add minced onion and cook until translucent. Stir in canned tomatoes and cook until reduced. Add sake, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper, cooking until thickened.
Layer tofu, eggplant, and meat sauce in a heatproof dish. Top with shredded cheese and bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts. Garnish with parsley.
