- 🥬 1 cup lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 🥕 1/2 cup julienned carrot
- 1/4 cup radish sprouts
Protein
- 🍢 200g firm tofu, sliced
Nuts & Seeds
- 🌰 2 tbsp mixed nuts
Dressing
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 🧄 2 tbsp minced garlic
步骤
Mix all dressing ingredients thoroughly and chill in the refrigerator for enhanced flavor.
Wash lettuce and radish sprouts, then drain thoroughly.
Slice onion thinly and soak in cold water to remove sharpness. Julienne carrots.
Slice tofu into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
Pan-fry tofu on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
Arrange vegetables on a plate, top with tofu and nuts, and serve with dressing on the side.
