Main Ingredients
- 🧈 300g firm tofu
- 🐚 150g clams (pre-purged)
- 100g rapeseed flower
Seasonings
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp sake
- 💧 100ml water
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
步骤
Cut rapeseed flower into halves.
Wrap tofu in kitchen paper, microwave at 600W for 2 minutes, and cut into quarters. Coat both sides with cornstarch.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook tofu on low heat until both sides are golden brown.
Add clams, grated ginger, sake, and water to the pan. Cover and steam on medium heat for 2–3 minutes until clams open.
Add mirin, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix and simmer on medium heat for 1 minute.
Add rapeseed flower, turn off the heat, and cover for 2 minutes to steam.
