Main Ingredients
- 200g firm tofu
- 120g thinly sliced beef
- 8 green beans
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
- As needed flour
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- Pinch of black pepper
Sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
步骤
Prepare the ingredients: Drain the tofu by microwaving it uncovered on a paper towel-lined plate for 3 minutes. Let it cool and cut into 10 pieces. Halve the green beans. Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core. Mix the sauce ingredients and lightly coat the tofu.
Wrap the tofu with beef: Spread out the beef slices and lightly dust with flour. Place one tofu piece on each beef slice and wrap the beef around the tofu completely. Repeat for all pieces.
Cook in a pan: Heat salad oil and garlic in a pan over medium heat. Once fragrant, add green beans and cook until garlic is golden. Remove garlic. Place the beef-wrapped tofu in the pan seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes, rolling to brown evenly. Pour the remaining sauce over and coat well. Turn off the heat, add butter, and mix. Serve on a plate, garnish with garlic, and sprinkle black pepper.
