Main Ingredients
- 1 piece fried tofu (20g)
- 🍅 1 tomato (200g)
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 💧 100 ml water
步骤
Cut the tomato in half vertically, remove the stem, and slice into 8 wedges.
Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half along the shorter side, then slice into 1 cm wide strips.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (☆) in a microwave-safe container. Add the tomato and fried tofu, ensuring they are well coated. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
