- 🥒 1 cucumber, julienned
- 🍅 1 tomato, cut into wedges
- 5 okra, halved diagonally
- 1 myoga, julienned
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds

Julienne the cucumber and myoga. Cut the tomato into 8 wedges.

Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the okra until vibrant green. Cool in water and drain. Remove the calyx and cut diagonally.
