- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 🐟 70g canned tuna in oil
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 pack shimeji mushrooms
Condiments
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Sauce
- 🍅 400g canned diced tomatoes
Garnish
- Dried parsley to taste
步骤
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Slice the onion thinly and remove the stems from the shimeji mushrooms, breaking them apart by hand.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the chicken, and cook until browned. Then add the onion and mushrooms, stirring to combine.
Once the onion softens, add the canned tomatoes, tuna, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cover the pan and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle dried parsley on top before serving.
