Vegetables
- 🥬 A handful of lettuce leaves
- A handful of baby greens
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🍅 5 cherry tomatoes, halved
Protein
- 冰冷 160g tofu, cubed
Oils
- 1 tbsp perilla oil
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Dressing
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
步骤
Prepare the vegetables and tofu using ingredients available in your fridge.
Heat a pan with perilla oil and cooking oil, then add cubed tofu.
Pan-fry the tofu until golden brown on all sides, then place on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
In a bowl, tear lettuce leaves and add them. Slice the onion and soak in water to remove its sharpness, then add to the bowl.
Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl along with the baby greens.
Mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and olive oil to create the dressing.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
