Vegetables
- 🌽 2 ears of corn (600g)
- 10 green beans
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 clove minced ginger
Meat
- 200g ground meat (beef and pork mix)
Liquids
- 💧 100cc water
- 🍅 1 bottle unsalted tomato juice (190-200ml)
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon granules
- 🍅 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 🧂 1 to 1 1/3 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
Others
- 🍚 Cooked rice as needed
- 3 tbsp salad oil
步骤
Cut the corn kernels off the cob. Trim and cut the green beans into bite-sized pieces. Finely chop the onion, garlic, and ginger.
Heat 3 tbsp of salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent. Then, add the ground meat and cook until browned.
Add the corn kernels and green beans to the pan. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Pour in the water and tomato juice. Add curry powder, chicken bouillon, ketchup, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Simmer the curry over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are tender and the flavors meld together.
Serve the curry hot over warm cooked rice.
