- 🍗 300g ground chicken
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced (50g)
Egg
- 🥚 1 egg, separated
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning for Meat Mixture
- 🍶 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 2 tbsp potato starch
Sauce Ingredients
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
Garnish
- 🌱 Chopped green onion, as needed
步骤
Separate the egg yolk and egg white.
Mince the onion and microwave it for 40 seconds at 600W. Drain excess water and let it cool.
In a plastic bag, mix ground chicken, onion, egg white, and the seasoning ingredients (sake, salt, pepper, potato starch) until sticky. Cut the tip of the bag.
Heat salad oil in a pan. Pipe 1/16 of the meat mixture into 8 portions, place skewers on top, and pipe the remaining mixture over the skewers. Cook over medium heat until browned.
Flip the skewers, cover with a lid, and steam over low heat for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and cook for 1 more minute.
Add the sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce) to the pan and simmer until glossy.
Plate the skewers, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and garnish with chopped green onion and the egg yolk.
