Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) warm rice
Fish
- 🐟 200g sashimi-grade tuna
Vegetables
- 🥑 1 avocado, diced
Egg
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
Seasoning
- 1 tsp toasted white sesame seeds
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Pat the tuna dry with a paper towel and cut into 1cm cubes.

Mix the seasoning ingredients (sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl, then add the tuna and mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel, and dice into 1cm cubes.

Serve the rice in bowls, top with avocado, marinated tuna, egg yolks, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
