- 🥔 1 potato
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧅 1 green onion
- 2 chili peppers
Canned Goods
- 🐟 1 canned tuna
Broth
- 2 cups dashi broth
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 0.5 tbsp xylitol sugar
- 🧂 a pinch of black pepper
步骤
Cut the potato into bite-sized pieces and slice the onion thinly. Slice the green onion and chili peppers diagonally.
Place the cut potato into a pot.
Add the sliced onion and canned tuna (with or without the tuna liquid).
Top with sliced green onion and chili peppers.
Combine all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl and add a little water.
Pour 2.5 cups of water or dashi broth into the pot and evenly distribute the prepared seasoning.
Bring to a boil over high heat.
Reduce to low heat and simmer until the liquid reduces and the dish is well braised.
