Main Ingredients
- 🐟 1 can tuna, drained
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥬 10 lettuce leaves
Ssamjang Sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
步骤
Prepare the ssamjang sauce by mixing gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, green onion, and sugar in a bowl.
Cook the rice and let it cool slightly.
Drain the canned tuna and mix it with a small amount of ssamjang sauce.
Place a lettuce leaf on a plate, add a scoop of rice and a spoonful of seasoned tuna.
Wrap the lettuce around the filling and serve immediately.
