Main Ingredients
- 1 block tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 bunch green onion, chopped
- 🐟 1/2 can tuna
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp tuna sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- A pinch of black pepper
- 💧 150 ml water

Mix water and all seasonings together in a bowl until well combined.

Slice the onion into thin strips.

Chop the green onion and any additional chili peppers.

Layer sliced onion on the bottom of a frying pan.

Place tofu and tuna on top of the onion layer.

Pour the prepared seasoning mixture over the tofu and tuna.

Add chopped green onion and chili peppers on top, then simmer on medium heat for 5 minutes and reduce to low heat until the sauce thickens.
