Vegetables
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 🧅 4 green onions, trimmed
- 1/2 cup radish sprouts
- 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tsp herb salt
- 2 tbsp glutinous rice flour
Sauce
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp mirin
步骤
Lay out thinly sliced beef and sprinkle herb salt evenly. Let it rest for seasoning.
Prepare vegetables by slicing bell pepper, trimming green onions, and cleaning enoki mushrooms.
Place a slice of seasoned beef flat and layer prepared vegetables on top.
Roll the beef tightly around the vegetables to form rolls.
Lightly coat the rolls with glutinous rice flour to help them hold together.
Heat a pan with oil and pan-fry the rolls, turning them to cook evenly.
Mix water, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, sugar, and mirin to create the sauce.
Pour the sauce over the rolls in the pan and simmer on low heat until fully cooked.
