- 🍄 170g mini king oyster mushrooms
- 🌭 10 Vienna sausages
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Cooking Ingredients
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- A pinch of black pepper
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
步骤
Cut the mini king oyster mushrooms into 2–3 pieces depending on their size.
Make small cuts on the Vienna sausages to enhance flavor absorption.
Chop the green onion finely, approximately 1 tbsp.
Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat and sauté 1 tbsp of minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the mini king oyster mushrooms and Vienna sausages to the pan.
Cook until the mushrooms soften and release their moisture.
Add the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper to the pan.
Simmer the mixture, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
Add the chopped green onion and mix well.
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
