Seaweed
- 1 tablespoon dried wakame
Soy Products
- 1/2 sheet aburaage (10g)
Seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon Japanese dashi powder
- 1 1/2 tablespoons miso
Liquid
- 300 ml water

Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half horizontally, then slice into 1 cm strips.

In a pot, add dashi powder and water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then add aburaage and wakame. Cover and simmer on low heat for about 3 minutes.

Turn off the heat and dissolve the miso into the soup. Heat gently over medium heat until just before boiling.
