Vegetables
- 50g wakame
- 🧅 1/2 onion (75g)
Protein
- 🍗 1 chicken breast (200g, skinless)
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 300cc water
- 2 slices ginger

Cut the onion into thirds lengthwise.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, mix the chicken with sake and coat with potato starch.

In a pot, combine all ☆ ingredients and bring to a boil. Add the onion and simmer on medium heat for 1 minute.

Add the chicken to the pot and bring to a boil again. Skim off any foam and simmer on low heat for 3 minutes.

Add the wakame and simmer briefly.
