- 🍚 1 bowl cooked rice (150g)

Seasonings
- 🧂 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 200 ml water

Slowly pour the whisked egg into the pot in a circular motion. Cover the pot and cook on low heat for 1 minute until the egg is set.
