步骤
Trim the roots of the wakame and cut into 3cm pieces, including the green parts.
Cut the fried tofu in half lengthwise, then slice into 5mm strips.
Boil water and blanch the wakame briefly, then drain well.
Blanch the fried tofu briefly in the same boiling water, then drain well.
In a bowl, mix miso, sugar, and vinegar thoroughly.
Combine the wakame and fried tofu with the dressing, mix well, and serve.
