- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked white rice (300g)
Seaweed
- 🌿 5g dried wakame
Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove minced garlic
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 2 tsp white sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil

Soak the dried wakame in water to rehydrate, then drain the water. Mince the garlic.

Heat sesame oil and minced garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add the wakame and stir-fry over medium heat until the moisture is reduced.

Add salt and white sesame seeds to the pan and stir briefly. Transfer the cooked mixture to a bowl with the cooked white rice and mix well.
