Rice
- 🍚 2 cups soaked rice
Vegetables
- 15g julienned ginger
- 2g dried wakame
- 🌽 40g frozen whole corn
Seasoning
- 💧 Water as needed
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Japanese granulated dashi
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt

Julienne the ginger. Rehydrate the dried wakame in water, drain, and chop finely.

In the rice cooker, add the soaked rice, seasonings (sake, soy sauce, dashi, salt), and water up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice.

Spread the ginger, wakame, and frozen corn evenly on top of the rice. Cook using the regular rice setting.
