Seaweed
- 60g salted wakame
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- A pinch of white sesame seeds
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- A pinch of pepper
步骤
Wash the salted wakame in water. Place it in a bowl with water (not listed in ingredients) and soak for 3–4 minutes. Drain, rinse briefly, and squeeze out excess water. Gather it together, place on a cutting board, and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the wakame and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasoning ingredients (salt, soy sauce, pepper) and stir briefly.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
