Main
- 1 frozen udon noodle pack
- 100g sliced pork
- 🧅 1/4 stalk green onion, sliced
- 50g shimeji mushrooms
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Soup Base
- 💧 200ml water
- 1 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
步骤
Preheat the soup jar by filling it with hot water for 5 minutes, then drain.
Slice the green onion diagonally and separate the shimeji mushrooms into small clusters.
Microwave the frozen udon noodles according to package instructions, rinse with water, and mix with sesame oil in a container.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, cook the pork until browned, then add green onion, shimeji mushrooms, and soup base ingredients. Simmer for 3 minutes.
Transfer the soup base to the preheated soup jar and seal tightly.
Dip the udon noodles into the soup base and enjoy.
