- 🍜 2 packs of steamed Chinese noodles
Seafood
- 🦐 150g seafood mix
Vegetables
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, chopped
- 🌱 1/3 bunch chives, cut into 3-4cm pieces
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp XO sauce
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
步骤
Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces. Cut the chives into 3-4cm lengths.
Place the Chinese noodles in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute to loosen.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the seafood mix and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until coated with oil, then add the noodles and stir-fry together.
Add the chives and the seasonings (sake, soy sauce, XO sauce, salt, and pepper) to the pan. Stir-fry everything together until well combined.
