- 🐙 300g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 1/2 piece sliced ginger
- 🧅 1 tbsp chopped green onion
Seasoning
- 💧 150cc water
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
步骤
Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the ginger into thin strips.
In a pot, combine water, sake, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce. Heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add the octopus and ginger to the boiling mixture. Cover and simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
Remove the lid and cook over medium heat for another 5 minutes, occasionally spooning the sauce over the octopus.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
