Vegetables
- 🧅 1/4 green onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
Seasoning
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds, as needed
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 💧 3 tbsp water

Cut the mackerel into 4 pieces, pat dry, season with salt, and coat with potato starch.
