Fish
- 🐟 200g yellowtail fillets
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 green onion
Oil
- 2 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp yuzu kosho
步骤
Cut the green onion into 6 equal pieces.
Pat the yellowtail fillets dry with kitchen paper.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat, add the green onion, and cook until browned. Flip, cover, and steam on low heat for 2 minutes. Remove from the pan.
Add salad oil to the pan and heat. Place the yellowtail fillets in the pan and cook over medium heat for 2–3 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Add the seasoning mixture and the cooked green onion to the pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, spooning the sauce over the yellowtail. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
