Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (20g) aburaage
- 1 can (70g) water-packed tuna
- 🍅 1/2 tomato (100g), diced
- White sesame seeds, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
الخطوات
Dice the tomato into 1.5cm cubes.
Pat the aburaage with a paper towel to remove excess oil. Cut it in half along the shorter side, then slice into 1cm strips along the longer side.
Place the aburaage, canned tuna, and seasonings (soy sauce and chicken stock powder) in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Add the diced tomato to the container and mix until evenly combined.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
