- 500g acorn jelly
- 🧅 1/2 onion
- 🥒 1 cucumber
- 5 lettuce leaves

Seasoning
- 4 tbsp chili powder
- 4 tbsp soy sauce

- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
الخطوات
Boil the acorn jelly for 1-2 minutes and let it cool. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
