الخطوات
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the seed, and peel off the skin.
Place the avocado into the fermented rice bran and gently cover it with more rice bran. Store in the refrigerator for about 1 day.
Remove the avocado from the rice bran, wipe off the excess, and rinse briefly under running water. Slice into 1 cm thick pieces.
