Bacon Wrap Ingredients
- 🥓 10 slices bacon
- 🍄 1/2 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/2 bunch green onions
- 🥚 1 egg
- Adequate amount of cooking oil
الخطوات
Cut enoki mushrooms and green onions into halves. Cut bacon slices in half and beat the egg beforehand.
Place enoki mushrooms and green onions on a halved bacon slice and roll tightly.
Place the rolled bacon with the seam side down on a heated pan with a small amount of oil. Lightly coat the rolls with beaten egg.
Cook on low heat, turning occasionally, until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
Place the cooked rolls on a paper towel to remove excess oil and serve. These rolls are great as a side dish or appetizer.
