- 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 100g chives, cut into 3cm pieces
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 150ml water

Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the pork belly until its color changes.
