Wrapper
- 10 large dumpling wrappers
Filling
- 2 sticks cheese kamaboko (46g)
- 5 shiso leaves
- 1 can oil-packed tuna (70g)
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Pinch of salt and pepper
Binding
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 1 tsp water
Cooking Oil
- Enough salad oil for frying
الخطوات
Cut cheese kamaboko into 5mm cubes.
Thinly slice shiso leaves.
Mix tuna, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and cheese kamaboko in a bowl to create the filling.
Place shiso leaves and filling onto dumpling wrappers. Apply potato starch mixture to edges and fold into half-moon shapes. Repeat for all wrappers.
Heat salad oil in a pan to about 1cm depth. Fry dumplings on medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
