Syrup Ingredients
- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 6 tbsp corn syrup
- 💧 4 tbsp water
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
الخطوات
Slice the thawed rice cakes into bite-sized pieces.
Heat a pan with a small amount of oil and pan-fry the rice cakes on low heat until golden and crispy.
Combine all syrup ingredients (sugar, corn syrup, water, soy sauce) in a pan and simmer on medium-low heat.
Once the syrup becomes sticky, add the fried rice cakes and mix well on low heat.
