- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp miso
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
الخطوات
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat evenly with potato starch.
Rub okra with salt (not listed in ingredients), rinse under water, trim the stem ends, and cut diagonally in half. Trim and separate shimeji mushrooms.
Mix all sauce ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, miso, garlic paste) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium-low heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked.
Add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened, then add okra and stir briefly. Pour in the sauce and stir-fry until well combined.
