Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken breast, skinless
- 4 green bell peppers
- 50g sliced bamboo shoots
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Marinade
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
الخطوات
Cut the green bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove the stems and seeds, and slice thinly. Rinse the bamboo shoots and drain well.
Place the chicken breast horizontally and slice it into 7mm thick pieces using a diagonal cutting technique.
In a bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce).
In another bowl, mix the chicken with all marinade ingredients except cornstarch. Then, add the cornstarch and coat evenly.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the bell peppers and bamboo shoots, stir-fry until coated with oil, then add the sauce and mix quickly.
