- 🍗 1 chicken breast

- 5 perilla leaves
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp red pepper powder
الخطوات
Prepare all ingredients by washing and chopping them.
Cut chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
Mix the chicken, cabbage, green onion, and seasoning together, excluding perilla leaves.
Let the mixture marinate for 30 minutes (optional).
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the mixture until the chicken is cooked through.
