الخطوات
Mince the green onion and thinly slice the onion.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
Add the sliced onion to the pan and sauté until softened.
In a bowl, mix the green onion, ponzu sauce, salt, pepper, and the cooked chicken and onion. Let it sit for 5 minutes to blend the flavors.
