- 🍚 300g rice cakes
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 🧀 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 🧄 2 cloves minced garlic
Optional Garnish
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
الخطوات
Soak the rice cakes in warm water for 10 minutes to soften them.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
Add milk and heavy cream to the pan, stirring gently.
Add the softened rice cakes to the pan and cook for 5–7 minutes until they are tender.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and let it melt completely.
Season with salt and black pepper, then garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
