- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 240g daikon, sliced thinly
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🍬 A pinch of sugar
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🌰 1 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
