- 🍗 1 whole chicken
- 🧅 1 onion, sliced
- 🥕 1 carrot, sliced
- 🧅 2 green onions, sliced
- 🧄 5 cloves garlic, minced

- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 To taste salt
الخطوات
Clean the chicken by removing the skin, internal organs, and blood residues.
Place the chicken in a pot and add enough water to cover it completely.
Slice the onion, carrot, and green onions, and prepare the garlic by mincing.
Bring the water to a boil and skim off any impurities that rise to the surface.
Add garlic and soy sauce to the pot and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the sliced vegetables to the pot and continue cooking until tender.
Finish by adding sesame oil and adjust the seasoning with salt if needed.
Serve the soup with chicken pieces and enjoy with salt or alongside the broth.
