- 100g pancake mix
- 100g shiratamako (glutinous rice flour)
Wet Ingredients
- 200g silken tofu
Fillings
- 🌱 150g boiled edamame
- 🧀 70g pizza cheese
Cooking Oil
- A small amount of salad oil
الخطوات
Remove the edamame beans from their pods.
In a bowl, mix shiratamako and tofu until smooth. Add pancake mix and combine. Fold in edamame and divide into 11 portions, shaping into balls.
Flatten each ball, place pizza cheese in the center, and wrap to form a neat shape.
Lightly coat a frying pan with salad oil using a paper towel. Arrange the dough balls, cover with a lid, and cook on very low heat for 15 minutes. Flip and cook for another 15 minutes.
