Vegetables
- 🍄 1 pack enoki mushrooms
- 🧅 1/3 bunch green onions, 4cm slices
Protein
- 🐖 100g thinly sliced pork
- 2 pieces (300g) atsuage tofu
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 60g kimchi
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- To taste white sesame seeds
الخطوات
Trim the root of enoki mushrooms, cut them in half, and separate into bite-sized pieces. Cut atsuage tofu into bite-sized pieces. Slice green onions into 4cm lengths.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add enoki mushrooms and atsuage tofu to the pan. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, then add kimchi and mentsuyu. Continue stir-frying.
Add green onions and stir briefly before serving.
