Main Ingredients
- 1 bunch garlic scapes
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp red pepper flakes
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp plum syrup
- 0.5 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🍬 0.5 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 0.5 tbsp sesame seeds
الخطوات
Trim the ends of the garlic scapes and cut them into finger-length pieces.
Blanch the garlic scapes in boiling water with 0.5 tbsp salt for 50–60 seconds, then rinse under cold water and drain.
Prepare the seasoning by mixing red pepper flakes, minced garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, plum syrup, oligosaccharide, and sugar.
Combine the garlic scapes with the prepared seasoning and mix well.
Add sesame oil and sesame seeds, then mix again before serving.
