- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 1.5 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1 tsp salt
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp corn syrup
- 🧄 0.5 tbsp minced garlic
- 🌰 Sprinkle sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
الخطوات
Trim the garlic scapes, removing the leaf parts, and cut into appropriate lengths.
Rinse the garlic scapes in water.
Boil water and add 1 tbsp of salt. Blanch the garlic scapes for 1 minute.
Quickly cool the blanched garlic scapes in cold water to stop the cooking process.
Prepare the sauce by mixing chili powder, gochujang, soy sauce, salt, sugar, corn syrup, minced garlic, and sesame seeds.
Toss the garlic scapes with the prepared sauce until evenly coated.
Drizzle sesame oil over the salad and mix gently.
