- 300g tofu

- 🍬 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 pinch ginger powder

الخطوات
Mix soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and ginger powder together.
Place tofu in a bowl and microwave for 2 minutes to remove excess moisture.
