Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐟 100g sashimi-grade yellowtail
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
- 1/3 pack radish sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
الخطوات
Cut the yellowtail into bite-sized cubes (1.5cm).
Dice the avocado into 1.5cm cubes and trim the radish sprouts to 2cm lengths.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, add the yellowtail, and let it marinate for 5–10 minutes. Then, add the avocado and radish sprouts and mix lightly.
Serve the rice in bowls and top with the marinated mixture.
