المكونات
Dough
- 150g all-purpose flour
- 2/3 tsp dry yeast
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 pinch salt
- 70–80cc warm water
- 2 tsp sesame oil
Filling
- 150g finely chopped pork
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
الخطوات
Prepare the steamer by lining it with parchment paper and wrapping the lid with cloth.
Mix all dough ingredients except sesame oil in a bowl until combined. Add sesame oil and knead for 10–15 minutes until elastic.
Cover the dough with plastic wrap and let it rise at room temperature for 40 minutes until doubled in size.
Slice the green onion thinly and finely chop the pork.
Mix pork, sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, black pepper, and sesame oil in a bowl. Massage the mixture well.
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions, roll each into a ball, and let rest for 10 minutes under plastic wrap.
Roll each dough ball into a 10cm circle. Place 1/4 of the filling in the center and pleat the edges to seal.
Place the buns in the steamer with space between them. Cover and let rise for 20 minutes at room temperature.
Steam the buns over medium-high heat for 15 minutes until fully cooked.
