Coating
- 2 tbsp batter flour
Seasoning Sauce
- 1 tbsp chopped green onion
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 1/2 clove minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
الخطوات
Trim the stems of shishito peppers, wash them, and poke each pepper 2-3 times with a fork.
Place the peppers in a large bag, add 2 tbsp of batter flour, and shake the bag to coat the peppers evenly.
Sprinkle water lightly over the coated peppers, loosely twist the bag opening, and microwave for 1 minute at a time, repeating 2-3 times.
Prepare the seasoning sauce by mixing chopped green onion, minced garlic, soy sauce, oligosaccharide, plum extract, chili powder, sesame oil, and sesame seeds.
Transfer the steamed peppers to a large bowl, pour the seasoning sauce over them, and mix thoroughly. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
